Mindfulness
It's Sunday evening and in order for me to appreciate all the time I have left before Monday, I will need to be present minded. In order to get me into a present minded state, I meditate to bring down my mind's speedy pace from all the anxieties and stresses from today. I encourage you to do this if you are seeking to be more productive and appreciative of your time. Thanks and have a wholesome day!
